The sites purport to offer refunds, unauthorized transaction reporting and support for online transactions using the Faster Payment System (FPS). HKICL has no affiliation with the websites and does not directly provide FPS services to individual members of the public or, under usual circumstances, proactively contact them. The public should use HKICL’s official websites, remain alert to suspicious communications and report suspected fraud to the police.
