The Board extended WHITETIP INVESTMENTS Société Anonyme Investment Services Company’s operating licence, fined AXON SECURITIES S.A. for late financial reporting, and partially revoked BLE KEDROS REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY S.A.’s operating licence as an internally managed alternative investment fund (AIF). The WHITETIP INVESTMENTS licence extension adds the investment services of execution of orders on behalf of clients and portfolio management, plus the ancillary service of safekeeping and administration of financial instruments and client funds, covering the financial instruments listed under items 1 to 10 of Section C of Annex I of Law 4514/2018. AXON SECURITIES received an administrative fine of EUR 3,000 for late submission of financial statements for the period 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024, breaching paragraph 6 of Article 6 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/459/27.12.2007. The partial revocation of BLE KEDROS’ AIF operating licence was granted following the enactment of Law 5193/2025 and the company’s request, pursuant to Article 5(1)(b) of Law 4209/2013.
