The Vietnam State Securities Commission has instructed 52 named individuals to pay a VND 1 million fee each to complete the process for obtaining securities practitioner certificates. The fee applies under Ministry of Finance rules governing charges in the securities sector. Recipients who do not complete the procedure to receive their certificate within one year of the fee notice will have the issued certificate canceled. Individuals receiving electronic certificates must access their designated accounts to retrieve them and complete any related obligations.
