The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has opened a public consultation on draft rules that would standardise the information required in applications to acquire or increase a qualifying holding, and set detailed criteria for assessing qualifying holdings, in management companies of open-end investment funds with a public offering. The draft was adopted at the Authority’s 119th session under Articles 27(7) and 36(2) of the Law on Open-End Investment Funds with Public Offering. Interested parties can submit comments, proposals and suggestions as part of the consultation.
