The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the required fee to complete the procedure for re-issuance of a securities practising certificate. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC and can be paid by bank transfer or directly at the Commission. If the recipient does not complete the process to collect the certificate within one year from the notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission requests payment of VND 1,000,000 fee for re-issued securities practising certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has instructed individuals listed in an attached notice to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for the re-issuance of a securities practising certificate, as per Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
