The French Financial Markets Authority has warned the public about several unauthorized firms offering crypto-assets or crypto-asset services illegally in France and has published a new set of websites it recently identified. Since the start of 2026, the authority has added 38 names to its blacklist of entities not authorized to offer crypto-assets or related services. The latest publication names 16 newly identified websites, including aurum.foundation, aurum-foundation.com, capstellar.fr, cryptover.org, darsvint.fr, gaveltrdltd.com, investproai.fr, ligne-stable.com/trade-gpt4, lyveroscentrix.com, mon-vaul.com, opti-nova.net, ouinex.com, pioneersxs.com, tiercefortange.com, vision-lonox-hex.net and webtrader.aptos-ai.net. The authority noted that its blacklist is updated frequently but is not exhaustive because new unauthorized or fraudulent operators appear regularly. It also pointed investors to its whitelist of crypto-asset service providers authorized to operate in France to verify whether a provider is permitted to offer services.
