The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission has instructed DOD Biotech Public Company Limited to work with its auditor to review its interim financial statements for the first quarter of 2026 and submit corrected statements that have been reviewed by the auditor. The company must also disclose the revised statements and related information publicly through the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s SETLink system. The action follows the auditor’s qualified conclusion on the quarter’s interim financial statements. The auditor said it could not obtain sufficient evidence on transactions involving deposits for the purchase of mortgaged land and full advance payments for construction on that land, as well as full advance payments for raw materials, machinery and services. Those payments were described as inconsistent with the company’s usual past practice, with no information on the progress of delivery of the related assets or services and no evidence supporting the business rationale for entering into the transactions. DOD must submit the rectified interim financial statements to the regulator and disclose related information in line with Section 56 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 (1992). The revised statements and related report must be made public via SETLink by 27 July 2026.
