The Financial Conduct Authority has published a consumer update confirming that Solvenza Limited entered administration on 28 April 2026. Solvenza is FCA-authorised to carry out debt purchasing and debt collection activities. Louise Longley and Julian Pitts of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP were appointed joint administrators, and consumers have been advised to continue making repayments under existing loan agreements and any arrangements already in place. The joint administrators are managing Solvenza’s affairs during the administration process and have instructed Debt Collection Services UK Limited to collect debts owed to Solvenza. The FCA said it is working closely with Solvenza and the administrators to make sure consumers are treated fairly. It also pointed consumers in financial difficulty to free guidance from MoneyHelper and warned all consumers to remain alert to scams.
