Albania Financial Services Authority schedules board meeting to review private pension fund compliance and consider Banka Credins depositary licensing
The Albania Financial Services Authority will assess the suitability of private pension fund managers and depositary banks at its board meeting on 21 May 2025, in line with Law No. 76/2023. The agenda includes evaluations for Credins Invest, Sigal Uniqa Invest, and related pension funds, as well as depositary activities of Banka Credins and Banka Kombëtare Tregtare. Licensing proposals and governance approvals for financial entities will also be reviewed.
