The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved three senior appointments in the insurance sector, confirming G.M. Preobrazhensky, A.B. Aukenov and V.V. Shevchenko as members of an executive body. The approvals were recorded in protocols No. 271/SO (10 November 2025), No. 272/SO (24 November 2025) and No. 273/SO (27 November 2025). The Agency also noted that, under the Republic of Kazakhstan’s Law on Insurance Activity, a senior manager who already has the authorised body’s consent for appointment to a managerial position can be transferred within the same sector to a similar position without additional consent, provided the statutory qualification requirements are met; effective consents are available in the Insurance sector section of the registers of permits and notifications.

The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of Kazakhstan approved G.M. Preobrazhensky, A.B. Aukenov, and V.V. Shevchenko to an executive body in the insurance sector.
