The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank announced it will host the 10th Annual Growth and Resilience Dialogue on 22–24 April 2026, in partnership with the OECS Commission, the World Bank and The University of the West Indies. The event will run under the theme “Big Push: Resilient Leadership in a Dynamic World: Turning Global Uncertainty into Opportunities for Partnerships and Shared Prosperity.” In an ECCB Connects episode, Sybil Welsh, Senior Project Specialist in the Governor’s Office, framed the forum as focused on actionable strategies and plans to drive regional growth and competitiveness, with the aim of developing a blueprint to support prosperity. The dialogue is positioned as part of Governor Antoine’s “Big Push” agenda, with resilient leadership, agile focus, a growth mindset and transformation identified as the anchors and levers for the future, and it is described as a key platform for shaping the growth agenda of the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union, launched by the ECCB in 2017 to build consensus on action to address growth, competitiveness and employment.
