The National Bank of Moldova announced that Victoriabank has successfully completed the merger by absorption of Banca Comercială Română Chișinău (BCR) and decided on 13 March 2025 to withdraw BCR’s banking licence, with the decision to be published in the Official Monitor. Victoriabank will continue servicing former BCR Chișinău customers and will take over management of their accounts, deposits, loans and other banking products, as well as provide them with information on Victoriabank’s products and services.
