State Bank of Vietnam Party Committee trains units on Electronic Party Member Handbook and Operational Management Information System

The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Party Committee held a training conference on the use of the Electronic Party Member Handbook and the Operational Management Information System, positioning the two tools as part of its wider push to modernise Party work and support digital transformation and information security. The session implemented the Government Party Committee’s Plan No. 28-KH/DU (6 October 2025) on deploying the Electronic Party Member Handbook and the SBV Party Committee’s Plan No. 04/KH-DUNHNN (23 October 2025) on rolling out operational information system software. Attendees included the SBV Party Committee’s deputy secretary in charge, Le Thi Mai Huong, rapporteurs from the Central Organization Committee and the Party Central Office, and representatives from 34 Party committees under the SBV Party Committee. The release describes the e-handbook as a channel for faster access to resolutions and learning materials and for enabling participation and feedback across dispersed workplaces, while the operational system is framed as a management support tool for Party leadership and advisory bodies to monitor work and reinforce discipline; the conference included hands-on instruction and Q&A on system use.
