The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) published an update that KENDRIS CAPITAL LIMITED, the external manager of ENERGAME RAIF V.C.I.C. LIMITED (LEI 2549004SP1KD75N6QR28), has notified CySEC of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the registered alternative investment fund. Until the dissolution and liquidation process is completed, the RAIF (Registration Number RAIF147) will remain on the RAIFs Registry and on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the register once the dissolution and liquidation are completed and all necessary documents are submitted.
