The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic suspended, for 24–28 February 2026 inclusive, the exchange bureau licences of BelNur LLC (licence No 6827 dated 24 May 2024, 204 Chui Ave., Bereket Grand Shopping Center, 1st floor, boutique No 101) and Arsen Exchange LLC (licence No 6515 dated 13 April 2023, 59 Bokonbaev Street, apt. 83, room 1, Bishkek) for violations of Kyrgyz legislation and National Bank regulations.

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic suspended the exchange bureau licences of BelNur LLC and Arsen Exchange LLC from 24 to 28 February 2026. The suspension was due to violations of Kyrgyz legislation and National Bank regulations.
