The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) granted Čakovečki mlinovi d.d. approval to publish a takeover bid for Zagrebačke pekarne Klara d.d., setting an offer price of EUR 120.25 per ordinary share. Čakovečki mlinovi currently holds 174,673 ordinary shares directly and 69,621 indirectly, for a total of 244,294 shares, and the bid covers the remaining 39,466 ordinary shares. Zagrebačke pekarne Klara has initial capital of EUR 15,039,280 divided into 283,760 voting ordinary shares with a nominal value of EUR 53, and its shares are admitted to the Regular Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. For the transaction, the offeror is acting in concert with Mlin i pekare d.o.o., Plodinec d.o.o., Allianz ZB d.o.o. (a pension fund management company), PBZ Croatia osiguranje d.d. (a mandatory pension fund management company), and Josip and Dragica Plodinec.
