The programme included presentations on capital markets fundamentals, covering core concepts, market structure, available instruments and the commission’s regulatory role, and on collective investment schemes, covering their legal framework, operating models and relevance to the development of Angola’s financial market. As the next step in the planned training cycle, the General Tax Administration is scheduled to run a workshop for the commission’s staff on 21 November 2025 on property tax and other fiscal topics.
