The Angola Capital Markets Commission reported its participation in the 7th edition of the BODIVA Forum, held in Luanda on 12 March 2026 under the theme “Capital Markets 4.0: Innovation and the Future of Financing in Angola”, which focused on the disruptive impact of technological innovation on Angola’s capital markets and alternative financing mechanisms for companies and economy-wide projects. The Commission was represented by Executive Administrator Edna Mascarenhas and Dalvim Pipa, Director of the Department of Studies, Strategy, Development and Communication. Pipa joined the panel on “Financial Inclusion, Education and Investor Confidence” alongside representatives from ENSA – Seguros de Angola, Standard Invest – Sociedade Distribuidora de Valores Mobiliários, and EBITDA – Plataforma de Informação Financeira, where speakers reiterated financial literacy and stronger investor confidence as key pillars for market deepening and stressed institutional coordination and initiatives to support more informed and inclusive participation by economic agents.
