The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority announced an engagement event for Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs) that will focus on its supervisory approach, Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Code 2019 obligations and concessions, and preparations for the Isle of Man’s MONEYVAL evaluation. The session will also cover submission of Annual Statistical Returns and data via the STRIX system, and will include a presentation followed by a Q&A panel with senior Authority officers, with additional informal discussion before and after. It is scheduled for 30 April 2025 at the Manx Museum Lecture Theatre, with attendance limited to one place per entity due to venue capacity; the presentation and Q&A will be recorded and shared via the Authority’s website and social media channels. The event is open to all registered DNFBPs, with tickets to be released via Eventbrite later in February 2025.
