The Ontario Securities Commission has appointed Stephen Foerster, Michael Holder and Tashia Batstone to its independent Investor Advisory Panel, which provides investor perspectives on policy and rulemaking. It also named existing panel member Rozanne Reszel as chair, effective Nov. 1, 2026. Foerster and Holder will begin two-year terms on Nov. 5, 2026, while Batstone’s two-year term starts Jan. 4, 2027. Their experience spans finance and investment management, securities law and financial technology, and professional regulation and consumer-focused financial services. Reszel succeeds James Sinclair, whose term will end later in 2026 alongside those of Parham Nasseri and Deborah Leckman.
