The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority issued a sanctions update noting that the Isle of Man Treasury, Customs and Immigration Division has published new and updated information for the Haiti financial sanctions regime. The notice directs firms to the relevant government news release and to the Treasury’s Sanctions and Export Control webpage, where current sanctions notices are available. The update also highlights available notification tools, including an RSS feed for sanctions and excise news releases and the UK Treasury email alert service for Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation updates, which licenceholders may wish to use if they do not already have appropriate change-notification processes in place.
