The Hellenic Capital Market Commission approved the prospectus of Safe Bulkers Inc. for the admission to trading of all of the company’s common shares in the Main Category of the Regulated Market of Euronext Athens, and approved the information sheet for Alpha Bank S.A.’s optional public offer to the shareholders of Alpha Trust Holding S.A. In the same board meeting, it also imposed total fines of EUR 41,000 for breaches of disclosure and anti-money laundering requirements. The sanctions comprised EUR 20,000 on Chrysoula Lemonia Koutla for late notification and failure to notify changes in her proportion of total voting rights in PROODEFTIKI Technical Company S.A., EUR 6,000 on Triple A Experts Single-Member Investment Firm S.A. for breaches of Law 4557/2018 and Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/506/2009 relating to AML organisational obligations and procedures, and EUR 5,000 on Nuntius Securities Single-Member Investment Firm S.A. for breaches of Law 4557/2018 on AML organisational obligations and procedures. The commission also fined Pavlos Evmorfidis EUR 5,000 for breaches of disclosure obligations under Law 3556/2007 and related obligations under Law 3461/2006 regarding changes in his proportion of total voting rights in BLE KEDROS REIC, and Dimitrios Efremoglou EUR 5,000 for late notification of a change in his proportion of total voting rights in ERIOURGIA TRIA ALPHA S.A.

The Hellenic Capital Market Commission approved the prospectus of Safe Bulkers Inc. for the admission of all its common shares to trading on the Main Category of the Regulated Market of Euronext Athens and approved the information sheet for Alpha Bank S.A.’s optional public offer to Alpha Trust Holding S.A. shareholders. At the same meeting, it imposed total fines of EUR 41,000 on individuals and investment firms for breaches of disclosure obligations and anti-money laundering organisational requirements under Laws 3556/2007, 3461/2006 and 4557/2018 and related decisions.
