The Brazil Securities Commission has launched an online market survey on environmental, social and governance (ESG) information disclosure in Brazil’s securities market to gather input for a regulatory outcome analysis focused on the ESG disclosure requirements introduced into the Reference Form. The work is being led by the Commission’s Economic Analysis, Risk Management and Integrity Office (ASA) and forms part of the authority’s 2025 Regulatory Agenda. The questionnaire is anonymous, takes around 3–5 minutes to complete, and responses will be used exclusively for the study. The survey will remain available until 30 June.
