Insurance Commissioner Dr. Baghayo Saqware accepted the award at the public institutions CEOs Forum in Arusha on Sept. 28. The Office of the Treasury Registrar assessed entities using audited financial statements for fiscal 2024-25, focusing on expenditure efficiency, revenue collection and reduced financial dependence. Top performers demonstrated stronger revenue, expenditure controls, operating surpluses and liquidity.
