The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that AKNF Cyprus Incorporation Ltd has expressly waived its authorisation to provide administrative services, resulting in the authorisation lapsing from 10 December 2024 and the company ceasing to provide such services. The waiver was made under section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012, and the firm’s CySEC authorisation number 201/196 lapsed from the same date. CySEC has permanently deleted the company from the licensed persons’ Register in accordance with section 16(2) of the Law.
