The Capital Markets Board of Türkiye has published the application framework for its capital markets education seminars, to be delivered as an online video programme and a limited-capacity, five-day in-person programme in Ankara on 26-30 January 2026, aimed at students and recent graduates from eligible programmes for the Board’s entry tracks. Applications will be accepted only via the e-Devlet portal from 10:00 on 5 January 2026 to 23:59 on 16 January 2026, and candidates must log into the BTK Academy platform once during the application window. Applications are treated as online by default, while candidates seeking an in-person place must additionally notify the Board by email within the same window; if demand exceeds capacity, places will be allocated by electronic lottery with results available for query on 19 January 2026, followed by an email confirmation deadline of 23:59 on 21 January 2026 and a replacement draw (where needed) from 22 January 2026. The notice also sets one-time participation limits, attendance rules for receiving a participation certificate, a bar on attendance for those who confirm in-person participation but do not attend without excuse, and an exclusion from in-person seminars for candidates with specified criminal convictions; it lists a syllabus covering capital markets regulation and instruments, public offerings and corporate actions, investment services and market infrastructures, supervision and market offences, and related topics.
