Credit card data showed 32 issuers with 60.42 million effective cards and 40.47 million active cards. Revolving credit stood at NT$117.8 billion, installment undue balance at about NT$198.8 billion, monthly retail sales at about NT$396.7 billion, monthly write-offs at about NT$0.6 billion, and the average delinquency ratio (past due over three months against receivables including non-accrual) at 0.25%. Cash card data showed 13 institutions with 0.28 million effective cards, loan balances of NT$9.8 billion, monthly write-offs of about NT$15 million, and an overall delinquency ratio of 1.114%. For electronic payments, the update reported nine specialized electronic payment institutions and 20 institutions concurrently engaging in other businesses. Stored value cards totalled 199.45 million effective cards with 13.81 million in use, monthly retail sales of about NT$6.48 billion, and stored value balances of NT$15.74 billion. Electronic payment accounts had 35.13 million users, monthly agent collection/payment for transactions of NT$21.72 billion, small-amount remittances of NT$18.38 billion, monthly stored value funds of NT$30.07 billion, and e-payment account balances of NT$18.84 billion.
