The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market adopted a package of regulatory, licensing and market-supervision decisions covering collective investment fund issuances, professional participant governance approvals and restrictions on a listed issuer’s securities. The Commission registered share issues for collective investment and related prospectuses for JSC ZNVCIF KHARTOUM and JSC ZNVCIF SENSESTONE, approved draft charters and share issue registrations to form the initial authorised capital of JSC ZNVCIF TORSTEIN and JSC ARMION, and terminated LLC AMC RENAISSANCE ASSET MANAGEMENT’s licence for asset management activities of institutional investors. It also imposed a ban on making changes to the depository accounting system and on making and or executing transactions involving securities of PJSC UICE. The decisions also included approvals of senior appointments at market participants, including a Supervisory Board member at LLC AMC OTP CAPITAL, the Chairman and members of the Supervisory Board of KINTO, Ltd. LLC, and the Director of Spikeinvest LLC. On rule-making, draft amendments to earlier NSSMC decisions (including those dated 23 April 2022 and 14 November 2024) were approved, amendments were made to two other NSSMC decisions (dated 30 December 2021 and 25 February 2020), and a decision dated 10 September 2020 was cancelled. In the corporate bond market, a report on the results of a private placement of series A registered interest-bearing ordinary unsecured corporate bonds was registered, while the registration of M MOTORS LLC’s series A bond issue was cancelled; the registration and certificate for TAS COMFORT LLC’s series A bond issue were also cancelled. Separately, AMC SOLDIS LLC was found to meet criteria set out in Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 76 of 27 January 2023.
