The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) released its December 2025 public enforcement actions, consisting of six terminations of prior actions against banks and a U.S. branch of a foreign bank. The terminated actions include an amendment to a consent order with Citibank, National Association; formal agreements with First National Bank of Lake Jackson, The First National Bank of Dennison, The Idabel National Bank, and The National Bank of Coxsackie; and a cease-and-desist order against UBS AG, Stamford Branch. The OCC indicated it terminates actions when a bank has demonstrated compliance with all articles, when previously noncompliant articles are outdated or irrelevant to current circumstances, or when those articles are incorporated into a new action.
