The Brazilian Pension Funds Authority (PREVIC) announced it will stop accepting documents sent by email and will consolidate electronic submissions through the ProtocoloGOV PREVIC digital protocol from 16 March, aiming to increase transparency, security and traceability in its document-handling process. PREVIC reported that the platform, which marks one year since launch on 7 March, has received more than 1,950 documents to date. Users can access the free service via PREVIC’s website, select ProtocoloGOV PREVIC, log in with a Gov.br account, and upload documents, which are automatically integrated into the Electronic Information System (SEI). The tool supports real-time status tracking with a complete processing history and sends automatic alerts when the case progresses. From 16 March, ProtocoloGOV PREVIC becomes the official channel for filing demands with PREVIC and documents sent by email will no longer be received.
