The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission filed a criminal complaint with the Economic Crime Suppression Division against six parties for allegedly operating or supporting unlicensed digital asset brokerage services through the Holdstation and UNO applications. It also referred the platforms to the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, and public access will be blocked from Oct. 1, 2026. The complaint covers three Holdstation co-developers and principal operators, the UNO developer, Tools for Humanity Corporation and its chief executive. The applications allegedly facilitated fee-based digital asset trading or exchange and provided Thai-language services or descriptions, while Tools for Humanity allegedly helped publicize UNO. Investors were advised to address assets held on the platforms before the deadline, including by transferring them to personal wallets or licensed digital asset operators, although the measure will block access channels only.
