The Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission will cut by 50% the prescribed fees and charges for requests for corporate documents, with the reduced fee schedule applying from 1 July. The change is set out in Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2025, which revises the fees for IT-related services under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 10, Series of 2023. Under the new rates, physical authenticated copies of commonly requested company filings will cost PHP 1,000 per document (from PHP 2,000), while authenticated copies of other documents will be priced at PHP 50 per page (from PHP 100). Plain physical copies of the same documents will cost PHP 750 per document (from PHP 1,500), and other documents will be priced at PHP 25 per page (from PHP 50). For digital copies accessed through the Electronic SEC Education, Analysis, and Research Computing Hub (eSEARCH), standard rates are set at PHP 625 per authenticated copy and PHP 375 per plain copy, both representing 50% of the previous prices; pricing for the SEC API Marketplace remains unchanged at PHP 10,000 for 100 API calls and PHP 50,000 for 1,000 API calls.
