The Seychelles Financial Services Authority has expanded its warning about the HitBTC virtual asset platform, identifying Hit Tech Solutions Development Ltd. as the latest company alleged to operate it. Neither the company nor HitBTC has or has ever had authorization to provide services in or from Seychelles under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024. Hit Tech Solutions Development Ltd. was incorporated in Seychelles but was struck off and dissolved on May 12, 2023, and is no longer a legal entity. It has no current legal or operational connection to Seychelles, nor do the previously identified Hitechno Business Ltd. and HiTech Digital Business Ltd. The HitBTC platform is also not associated with any application or existing authorization to operate in or from Seychelles.
