The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the required fee to complete the process for issuance of securities practising certificates. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC and may be paid by bank transfer to the commission’s bank accounts or paid directly at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the notice, the commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been issued.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1,000,000 fee payment process for securities practising certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has instructed individuals listed in an attached notice to pay a fee of VND 1,000,000 to finalize the issuance of securities practising certificates, as per Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
