The Central Bank of the Philippines has issued a circular letter informing all Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas supervised financial institutions that Salarium Payments Corporation’s certificate of registration as an operator of payment system has been cancelled. The cancellation was approved by the Monetary Board under Resolution No. 1158 dated 27 November 2025, citing Salarium’s violation of Republic Act No. 11127, the National Payment Systems Act.
