The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Cayros Capital Investment Management Limited, the external manager AIFM of BLOM INVESTMENTS RAIF L.P., has notified it of the initiation of a procedure for the dissolution and liquidation of the fund. BLOM INVESTMENTS RAIF L.P. (LEI 213800LUQY94CRY99J09) is registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF) under registration number RAIF171. Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the RAIF will remain on the RAIFs Registry and on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”, and CySEC will delete it from the register once completion is confirmed and the necessary documents are submitted.

The fund will remain on the RAIFs Registry marked "under liquidation" until the process is completed and confirmed by CySEC.
