The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) has expanded its Open Data Portal with new downloadable datasets, led by a new set covering listed-company special corporate events related to share repurchase programmes. The dataset was released ahead of the December 2025 milestone in the CVM Open Data Plan 2024–2025, and the regulator says this delivery completes its data-opening plan through 2025. Further additions include a new dataset on securities offering coordinators’ registration information and enhancements to existing funds and issuer disclosures. The Investment Funds documents dataset on composition and diversification now includes portfolio data for FIDC and FIAGRO funds; the listed-company Reference Form dataset adds fields for the number of people with disabilities in management and among employees; and the CVM has updated its inventory of databases. The portal also highlights recently launched datasets such as FIAGRO monthly reports (October 2025) and the inclusion of class annexes and subclass appendices in the investment funds documents set for event-driven filings, financial statements and quarterly reports (August 2025).
