The Bank of Russia will issue a 3-ruble silver commemorative coin on Aug. 4, 2026, marking the 100th anniversary of the All-Russian Society of the Deaf. The proof-quality coin will have a mintage of 3,000 and form part of the Historical Events series. The coin contains 31.1 grams of fine silver at 925 fineness and features the society’s colored centenary logo. It will be legal tender in Russia and must be accepted for payments at face value without restriction.
