The Austrian National Bank (OeNB) has approved around EUR 2.9 million from its Jubilee Fund to finance 11 research projects, following an evaluation at the fund’s second grant meeting in 2025. The grants were awarded to 11 projects selected from 44 applications, spanning research on fiscal policy perceptions, macro-to-micro transmission of shocks, metascience in economics, Gen Z financial education and debt, inflation in the 1920s and 2020s, net wealth taxation, sustainable pensions and housing markets, cross-border posting of workers, regional aspects of refugee and migrant integration, robust multivariate regression for ordinal data, and the Marshall Plan in Austria. The next submission window for the Jubilee Fund’s second grant meeting in 2026 runs from 26 January 2026 to 18 March 2026 at midday.
