The Brazil Securities Commission's Superintendence of Corporate Relations has suspended the registrations of 2W Ecobank S.A., Cia Tecidos Santanense, Rossi Residencial S.A. and Teka Tecelagem Kuehnrich S.A. under Article 21 of Law 6,385 after each failed for more than one year to provide information required by CVM Resolution 80. While the suspensions remain in force, securities issued by those companies cannot be admitted to trading on regulated markets. The restriction covers organized over the counter markets, stock exchanges and non-organized over the counter markets. The Superintendence also noted that the suspension does not relieve the companies, their controllers or their administrators of liability for any violations committed before the measure was imposed.
