The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that the Alternative Investment Fund Hanseatic Shipping AIF V.C.I.C. PLC (Licence Number AIF27/2014) has been dissolved and placed into liquidation following a decision of its shareholders’ general meeting, in accordance with Article 63(1)(e) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. The shareholders’ decision also dissolves and places into liquidation the AIF’s investment compartment Hanseatic Shipping II. The dissolution was communicated to CySEC under Article 63(8) of the law by the AIF’s external manager, Hanseatic Capital Management Ltd, and CySEC noted that the liquidation is voluntary.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Alternative Investment Fund Hanseatic Shipping AIF V.C.I.C. PLC (Licence Number AIF27/2014) and its investment compartment Hanseatic Shipping II have been dissolved and placed into voluntary liquidation following a shareholders’ general meeting decision. The dissolution was notified to the Commission by the fund’s external manager, Hanseatic Capital Management Ltd, in accordance with the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.
