The ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC) have signed a memorandum of understanding that establishes a formal framework for cooperation and mutual assistance. The arrangement covers the supervision and regulation of capital markets and provides for structured information exchange between the two authorities within their respective mandates. The MoU also supports cooperation on combating money laundering, terrorist financing and proliferation financing, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant sanctions. It is intended to improve coordination in responding to cross-border activity and to support investor protection and market integrity across both jurisdictions.
