The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) announced that its Board President, Ante Žigman, has been reappointed as a member of the Management Board of the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA). This will be his second term, following an initial term of two and a half years, and it begins on 23 December 2025. EIOPA’s Management Board is chaired by Petra Hielkema and includes six representatives of national regulators. Hanfa noted that Teija Korpiaho (Finland) also secured the necessary votes for a term extension starting on 1 January 2026, and listed the other members as Julia Wiens (Germany), Gita Salden (Netherlands), Evelyne Massé (France) and Koppány Nagy (Hungary).
