The Seychelles Financial Services Authority notified the public that Stratos Tech Limited, trading as Tradu, voluntarily withdrew its virtual asset service provider licence application effective Oct. 5, 2026, after submitting it on Dec. 23, 2024, under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024, and that the company ceased servicing retail clients on Dec. 31, 2025, and institutional clients on Oct. 9, 2026.
