The Portuguese Insurance Regulator (ASF) approved Regulatory Standard No. 6/2026-R on Oct. 20, 2026, amending supervisory reporting requirements for insurers and reinsurers under Regulatory Standard No. 4/2023-R and pension fund management companies under Regulatory Standard No. 5/2023-R, both dated July 11, 2023, as well as the rules governing insurance and reinsurance distribution under Regulatory Standard No. 13/2020-R of Dec. 30, 2020.

The Portuguese Insurance Regulator (ASF) approved amendments on Oct. 20, 2026, to supervisory reporting rules for insurers, reinsurers and pension fund management companies, alongside changes to the framework governing insurance and reinsurance distribution.
