The Bank of Central African States has published the award of a USD 97,463.97 consultancy contract, excluding taxes, to France’s Horus Development Finance to develop training curricula for staff of the Central African Stock Exchange (BVMAC). The assignment forms part of the project supporting Central Africa’s unified financial market, supported by the African Development Bank. The contract specifies an October 2026 start and an implementation period of four months. The curricula will cover stock market mechanisms and the broader financial market. Horus was selected through a process based on consultants’ qualifications that attracted eight bidders.
