The National Bank of Slovakia’s Bank Board approved amendments allowing electronic submission of annual reports and revising supervisory reporting on investment fund assets. The changes take effect on Jan. 1, 2027. Annual reports on the management of a management company’s own assets and fund assets may be submitted electronically with a qualified electronic signature, replacing the requirement for paper submission. Reports on the management of fund assets will also be aligned with the revised statistical classification of economic activities, NACE Rev. 2.1. Further amendments revise methodologies for fund asset valuation reports and for reports submitted by management companies and depositories on breaches of and compliance with limits, investment concentration limits and risk diversification requirements.
