The provision prohibits anyone other than a licensee or registrant from using words or expressions in a name that could reasonably imply the provision of services requiring a license under the act. NFT Wealth Creations LTD changed its name to New Wealth Consulting Limited on Sept. 11, 2026. FLOW COIN CORPORATION LTD changed its name to FLO PAY CORPORATION LTD on Aug. 3, 2026. Neither company is required to take further action.

NFT Wealth Creations LTD became New Wealth Consulting Limited, while FLOW COIN CORPORATION LTD became FLO PAY CORPORATION LTD. No further action is required from either company.
