The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) has overhauled the rules for submitting information through its Financial Information Highway (AIF) under General Resolution 1174. The reform simplifies filing procedures for supervised entities without substantially changing their disclosure obligations. It forms part of the broader regulatory review outlined in September 2025 to remove obsolete or redundant requirements and consolidate interpretative guidance. The revised framework groups rules by category of supervised entity, repeals outdated requirements such as certain certifications and updates forms. It also removes requirements affected by changes to specific regulatory regimes. Procedures for obtaining AIF operator access keys and signatory credentials will use the TAD platform to reduce formalities and administrative costs. Existing clarifications in Interpretative Criterion No. 46 are incorporated into the rulebook.
