The Dutch central bank (DNB) plans to temporarily lease office space with capacity for about 32 workstations to the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) during renovation of the AFM’s own building. The proposed lease covers a defined section of the east wing of DNB’s Amsterdam office, beginning Nov. 23, 2026, and ending no later than June 30, 2027. The tenant must use the space without structural or technical alterations and comply with DNB’s access, screening, security and confidentiality requirements. It must also accept an independently assessed market rent and attributable occupancy and facilities costs. DNB considers the AFM the only serious eligible candidate because it can meet the requirements throughout the proposed term. Other parties claiming eligibility for this specific lease may submit a substantiated expression of interest by Nov. 13, 2026.
